
Extensions for Microsoft Dynamics™ GP 9.0 was released mid-February 2006 through June 2006, and helped to empower users with mobility, extend standards-based tools, track and report compliance requirements, and meet business process demands.
Pay Steps for Human Resources can be used to associate an employee or pay code with a pay step table and track employee grades and steps within your pay step tables. After installation, Pay Steps must first be activated in Human Resources before you can begin using it. Pay Steps integrates with U.S Payroll only. Pay Steps does not intregrate with Canadian Payroll.
Pay Steps is only available for Microsoft Dynamics GP Professional 9.0.
Global HR Chunks is an updated feature available to both Microsoft Dynamics GP Professional and Standard Human Resource customers in all regions. Global HR extends the global reach of Microsoft Dynamics GP HR, supporting International English to Australia, Canada, South Africa, Singapore, UK, and the Middle East. U.S. Microsoft Dynamics GP HR is the code base; however, string/field prompt changes have been applied to fields such as ADA to Physical Requirements, FMLA to Leave, EEO to Employment Equity and hide COBRA and VETS windows to better acknowledge global terminology.

Audit Trails is a Microsoft Dynamics GP module that enables tracking of changes to any data within Microsoft Business Solutions-Great Plains 8.0 or Microsoft Dynamics GP, along with the ability to recreate the transaction history.
Electronic Signatures is a Microsoft Dynamics GP module that enables preventative controls to be activated on any place in the system where data is changed. Electronic Signatures presents the user with a window that can require one or more authorized passwords before the data change can be completed.

Field Service Anywhere is a mobile solution for service technicians that can be deployed via handheld (PDA) devices and synchronized with Service Call Management for Microsoft Dynamics GP. Based on Windows Mobile, SQL Server Mobile, and the .NET Compact Framework, Field Service Anywhere will be able to be deployed as a Windows Mobile version for PDA’s, and future compatibility for laptops and Smart phones.
Field Service Anywhere is a mobile extension of the Microsoft Dynamics GP Field Service Series designed to run on select Pocket PC devices. Field Service Anywhere has a user-friendly interface technicians can use to log, receive and follow service calls and the parts, labor and expenses associated with the service call.
Field Service Anywhere for Microsoft Dynamics GP is a new module that will be available to Professional customers in regions utilizing US English and Int’l English.
The Developer Toolkit for Microsoft Dynamics GP is a bundle of development tools introduced with Microsoft Dynamics GP 9.0 that will be available to Partners and Microsoft Dynamics GP Professional customers. The tools in the Developer Toolkit include Microsoft Visual Studio Tools for Microsoft Dynamics GP, Web Services for Microsoft Dynamics GP, and eConnect.

Analysis Cubes for SQL Server 2005 updates the data warehouse, rebuilds the DTS packages using SQL Server Integrations Services (SSIS) and rebuilds the cubes to work with SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) 2005. This release brings the Analysis Cubes module in line with new technologies and features found in SQL 2005. The integration services have all been rewritten, several cubes from the SQL 2000 version have been combined to support a richer analysis environment, and many gaps in the 2000 version have been bridged in this release.
* This version of Analysis Cubes integrates with Microsoft Dynamics GP 9.0 data.
* This module is only designed to work with Microsoft SQL 2005. As such, there is no upgrade path from the Analysis Cubes for Microsoft SQL 2000 product.
* At this time only US English is supported in the module.
