Tattletale specializes in transportable, cellular security systems with high performance wireless sensors and 24-hour monitoring services. As the holder of a family of patents with respect to their technology, Tattletale offers its customers a one of a kind alarm system that can not be duplicated by any competitor.
A combination of a strong product offering and a focus on customer service has led to growth and an increasing market share. In support of their growing operations, Tattletale implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM to enhance their customer service by giving sales and service representatives a timely, 360 degree view of their customers’ interactions with the company. To properly leverage the powerful sales, marketing and service features of Dynamics CRM, data integration became a paramount issue. Daily data entry volume was significant and growing. A means to integrate the data in a timely, accurate and cost-effective manner was needed.
